Viva La Juicy Gold Couture Perfume
I was lucky enough earlier this year to be part of a close team of 4 Nail Technicians (myself, Lucy Holliday, Danielle Edgington-Gibson and Nickie Rhodes-Hill) working at the Viva La Juicy Gold Couture Perfume Launch at the Soho Hotel in London. It was a wonderful intimate day in opulent and beautifully fragrant surroundings, where ladies from the various top magazines joined us for a hour or so, sipped on champagne, ate gold encrusted Hors d’Oeuvres and were pampered with golden manicures whilst finding out more about this new luxurious fragrance from Juicy Couture. Very Gold Couture! #coutureoverdose

Finding The Best Hair Extensions?
Earlier this year I was on the search from some affordable but great quality hair extensions, and naturally turned to google to search for “Best Hair Extensions” only to be massively disappointed. My search showed up actual brand sites instead of reviews and advice for great quality but cheap extensions that other people had bought. Now I’m a natural sceptic, I like to have everyday unbiased people tell me the products that have worked for them rather than hair extension brands tell me why they are the best.

Paint Your Nails Like A Pro (inc. Cuticle Work)

There was streaky polish all over my skin and around my nails and I longed to learn how to paint my nails neatly. This has to have been one of my most requested tutorials, particularly by clients who purchase their CND Vinylux from me and want to know how to apply it nicely themselves at home.

Of all the different types of nail art that you can do at home, Water Marbling has to be one of the easiest yet most affective methods. It can be as bright and bold, or subtle and sophisticated as you wish and doesn’t really need any specialist equipment. Most people will have suitable items at home.

Do I Really Need To Cleanse, Tone & Moisturise?
Do I really need to cleanse, tone and moisturise? That may well have been a question you have asked yourself. Well a few years ago I’d have said “Nah, a wet wipe and a quick slick of moisturiser does the job”! I used to think the whole Cleanse, Tone, Moisturise thing was a marketing ploy by skincare companies to get us to buy more products when there were cheaper, quicker alternatives easily available. How WRONG was I?!
