Love them or hate them Fidget Spinners are everywhere! The irony is that before they became “kewl” I’d bought some for my 2 youngest sons’ who have autism but I do know that they can also help relieve some of the symptoms of ADHD and Anxiety. I will confess I also enjoyed having a quick spin of the fidget spinners too, although it is a little harder with long nails!! I like to try and include content on my YouTube channel from time to time that my boys will enjoy as it helps them to feel like they play a part in what Mum is working on in her office.…

The Truth about Semi Permanent/Tattooed Eyebrows?
The best semi permanent eyebrows? – I’m going to start by saying that I am freakish about my brows, no word of a lie, one might even say a tad OCD! One of the main reasons that I qualified as a beauty therapist was because no therapist had ever managed to “do” my brows in a way which I was 100% happy with and felt that I didn’t have to correct in some way after the appointment. A little bit of an extreme reason for dedicating a year of my life to a qualification but in my opinion, totally justified and a worthy investment!

Negative Space Nail Art with Glitter & Crystals – I’ve had a nice little stash of nail vinyls for a while and I’ve been waiting for a chance to use them. My inspiration finally came in the form of the discontinued Essie nail polish colour “Starry Starry Night”. It was such a pretty colour and I realised that 2 of my existing Essie nail polish colours looked so beautifully similar that they would make a lovely combination with some negative space nail art.

Holo Glitter Swatches | We Heart Nails Holo Ultrafine Glitter Swatches & Tutorial – Laura from We Heart Nails UK sent me this lovely set of their 24 new ultra fine holographic glitters to swatch so I just had to share the results with you. The glitters are all cosmetic grade, 004 hex, PET plastic, solvent resistant and MSDS are available if you contact them (which is a must for nail professionals!). The glitters are a mix between linear and scattered holo, and they cover beautifully.

I fell in love with this design as soon as I saw it on the catwalk. The original design is by Gina Edwards for Morgan Taylor in the Jonathan Simkhai AW16 show. These are so elegant and subtle that they would even look perfect for the professional that can’t normally get away with nail art at work.
