Make Your Own Nail Art Dotting Tool!
If you really want to perfect your polka or develop your dots, but you don’t have a dotting tool to hand, simply make your own! Take a pin with a round head (the sort used for needlework) and push the sharp end into a eraser on the end of a pencil. Voila! A DIY dotting tool! Alternatively you can use a bobby pin. xNx
