It’s that time of year again, and as I type this a good number of my nail tech friends are currently competing under scrutiny at the London College of Beauty Therapy for Scratch Stars 2019 judgment day!! I’ve done it once, many years ago, for Best Gel Polish Technician and I confirm it was one of my most stressful days ever! Love them or hate them Fidget Spinners are everywhere! The irony is that before they became “kewl” I’d bought some for my 2 youngest sons’ who have autism but I do know that they can also help relieve some of the symptoms of ADHD and Anxiety.
